At SMASH, we believe that open exchange, critical inquiry, and respectful dialogue are the cornerstones of scientific progress in machine learning and related fields. We are committed to fostering an environment where everyone—regardless of background—feels welcomed, valued, and safe.

By registering for and attending SMASH 2026, you acknowledge and consent to being photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded during the event. Photos and video may be used by SMASH and its organizers for event documentation, communications, and promotional purposes, including on our website and social media channels.

SMASH is being hosted at Mila and is therefore governed by the Mila Code of Conduct.
